Customer Feedback Tools – Best in 2018
Getting customer feedback is vital to every business, whether you’re a startup or an enterprise size corporation. In order to gather the feedback, a broad range of customer feedback tools is available to you.
Selecting the best tools
In order to make it easier to select the right customer feedback tool, we first divided the available tools into categories. Next, we’ve limited the number of tools per category to five (to avoid choice overload) and finally, we’ve selected a category winner.
The category winners were picked based on my personal preference, combined with the user reviews on sites such as GetApp, Captera, and G2Crowd. While this might not offer a truly objective list of the best tools for collecting customer feedback, it will most certainly be a great starting point for exploration.
